Egg tofu
Composition:
400 grams of soft tofu (sliced), 75 grams of lean meat (diced), shrimp (shelled and drained) (diced), 2 boiled eggs, and appropriate amount of onion.
Marinade:
2 tbsp super oyster sauce, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, and appropriate amount of pepper.
Exercise:
1. Steam soft tofu over medium heat 10 minute, drain and keep warm.
2. Cut the steamed egg in half, take out the yolk and crush it for later use. Dice egg white, add lean meat, shrimp and marinade and mix well.
3. Stir-fry the egg whites, lean meat and shrimp with 2 tbsp oil, add the sauce, cook until heated through, sprinkle with tofu noodles, and sprinkle with chopped egg yolk and onion.
Mushrooms and vegetables
Practice of mushrooms and vegetables:
1 When the oil pan is hot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add auricularia and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. Then stir-fry the roots of the vegetables.
Season with salt, and when you see that the color of the root is a little transparent, you can put the leaves of the vegetable.
After adding the leaves, stir-fry them a few times and you can put them out of the pot.
Cold spicy beef
Raw materials:
Boiled beef 250g. 50 grams of celery and 25 grams of fried peanuts. Sesame oil 15g, Chili oil 10g, soy sauce 30g, monosodium glutamate 1g, pepper powder 2g, and onion 15g.
Exercise:
