Tips for KFC French fries
French fries?

Do you want French fries every time you go to KFC or McDonald's?

In fact, French fries can be made at home.

Today, Jessica Hester Hsuan teaches you how to make KFC fries. They are crispy outside and tender inside, crisp and clean!

Come and do it with me!

First, prepare a medium-sized potato, peel it and wash it with water.

Cut into strips with the same thickness, not too thin, just the thickness of chopsticks.

Rinse the cut potato chips with water, remove the starch on the surface, add some white vinegar and salt and soak them for a few minutes, so that they are not easy to break when frying.

After the water in the pot is boiled, put a spoonful of salt, pour the potato chips in and cook for about 2 minutes. Don't cook for too long. ⊙! Otherwise, it will be broken if you move it.

Be sure to put salt and cook it with salt. The fried French fries are really delicious.

Take out the potato chips, then drain them and dry them a little.

Take a large plate and cover it with plastic wrap or plastic bag. I use the partition that comes with the refrigerator directly.

Then put the dried potato chips on it one by one, and try not to touch each other. Be careful and patient in this step! In this way, potato chips are particularly easy to take off and will not stick.

Then put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Frozen potato chips are more brittle and not fragile, and there is no need to worry about being splashed by oil.

I freeze it on a plate and put it in a bag, which saves space and is sanitary.

Put oil in the pot. It's hot, just take the potato chips out of the refrigerator. Remember not to thaw them.

There is more oil. Soak the French fries in oil until they are evenly heated. Pay attention to frying with strong fire. If fried with low fire, the oil will be absorbed by the French fries, so that the French fries will not be brittle.

Just out of the pot, don't move, and slowly float up. Don't worry about sticking together without starch!

Fry the French fries until the color turns yellow, and then take them out when the two ends are dark.

The ketchup I bought is Heinz's. I went to KFC to see the brand. Is this brand of tomato sauce really delicious?

It's perfect with your own pickled hot and sour chicken feet and a bottle of apple vinegar.
