(4) Foundation reinforcement

The foundation concrete adopts in-situ mixing concrete. Concrete shall be poured continuously at one time without leaving any construction joints.
Before blanking, the impurities in the formwork and steel bar must be cleaned up and watered and wetted. At the same time, walkways should be erected to prevent concrete from being poured. During operation, parallel vibration should be carried out according to "fast insertion and slow extraction" and "rod-to-rod connection". The vibration time of each point is 20S~30S. When the concrete surface no longer sinks obviously and there are no bubbles, the vibrating can only be stopped when the concrete surface is submerged. When vibrating the upper concrete, the vibrating rod should be inserted into the lower concrete about 5cm, so as to eliminate the joint between the two layers, and it is forbidden to miss vibration and over vibration.
[6] Foundation wall
(1) The mixture ratio of foundation masonry mortar must be prepared before construction. Before laying the brick foundation, check the elevation and axis size of the basement, and pop up the sideline. The first skin and the top skin are paved with butyl bricks.
(2) Before foundation laying, check the flatness of foundation slab and beam top. For the first layer with ash elevation greater than 20mm, it must be leveled with C20 fine stone concrete, and mortar and brick crumbs are strictly prohibited.
(3) Before laying, the number of basic skin poles should be set at the corner of cushion and the handover steps at high places, and the number of brick skins and the thickness of mortar joint should be marked on the skin poles.
When laying, you should first set a large angle, build by laying bricks or stones at the junction, and then leave a seam in the middle. The holes, pipes, grooves and embedded parts in the foundation should be reserved or correctly embedded when laying.
During construction, according to the actual situation, each single project should build at least one set of masonry mortar blocks.

After the foundation construction is completed, it shall be reported to the relevant units for concealed engineering acceptance. After meeting the requirements, organize earthwork backfilling of individual projects as soon as possible to create a working face for subsequent projects.
2. Main projects
(1) reinforcement engineering
(1) Inspection and storage of steel:
Reinforcement approach should have factory certificate or retest report. Steel sampling, each batch of representative quantity is not more than 60 tons. Take one group from any two steel bars in each batch, and each group of samples shall be cut from the end of each steel bar at 50 cm, and then four samples shall be cut, two for tensile test and one for cold bending test. During the test, if one of the test results does not meet the requirements of the specification, double the number of samples should be taken for the second test of the unqualified items. After steel bars are delivered to the construction site, they must be listed and stacked in batches according to the same grade, brand, diameter and length, and marked in detail. When stacking, stow wood under the steel bar, and the stow wood shall not be less than 20 cm from the ground to prevent the steel bar from corrosion and pollution.
Finished steel bars shall be divided into parts and component names and stacked in numerical order. The steel bars in the same part or component should be put together and arranged according to the number plate, which indicates the name, position, type, size, diameter and number of the component.
② Steel bar fabrication
The processing and molding of steel bars shall be carried out in strict accordance with the current national standards and design requirements.
In the process of rust removal, it is found that the scale on the surface of steel bar is serious, the section of steel bar is damaged, or there are pits and pits on the surface of steel bar after rust removal, which should be reduced or eliminated.
The straightening, cutting and bending of steel bars shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of construction specifications.

The rebar connection mainly adopts binding connection, and the joint quality standard should meet the requirements of relevant national standards.
The location of steel bar joints shall be set according to the requirements of drawings and specifications. The steel bars at the joint of beam, slab and column are densely staggered, so it needs to be laid out before binding to ensure the binding quality of the steel bars in this part.
③ Reinforcement binding
Before steel binding, you should be familiar with the construction drawing and check the steel ingredient list and material card. Check the variety, diameter, shape, size and quantity of finished steel bars, and correct and supplement them immediately if there are any mistakes and omissions.
When binding complex structural parts, we should first study the sequence of inserting steel bars in place, and study the construction difficulties encountered in formwork support and steel bar binding with related types of work, so as to ensure the construction progress requirements, reduce the binding difficulty, avoid rework and speed up the progress.
Steel wire used for steel bar binding is 18 ~ 22 # iron wire or lead wire, and the required specifications of iron wire are determined according to the diameter of steel bar and conform to relevant regulations.
For the binding of plate steel mesh, the intersection of two rows of steel bars around should be fastened at each point, and the middle part should be fastened with plum blossoms. For the steel mesh with two-way main reinforcement, all the intersections of reinforcement must be fixed.
