Ingredients: 1 pineapple, 1 eggs, peas, sausages, carrots, onions and leftovers.
Seasoning: salt, chicken essence, soy sauce.
Exercise:
(1) Leave the pineapple leaves, cut at one third, then cut along the periphery of the pineapple with a knife, cut the pineapple core into small squares with a knife, dig out the pineapple core with an iron spoon, cut the dug pineapple into small diced pineapples, and soak in salt water for 10 minute.
(2) Beat in the eggs and rice, stir well, put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the rice (in a well-defined state), then pour in peas, ham, carrots, onions and pineapples and stir-fry.
③ Finally, add rice and stir fry, add a little salt, add a little chicken essence and add 1 tablespoon soy sauce to stir fry.
Tips:
-It's best to refrigerate the rice overnight in the refrigerator, and the fried rice is one grain at a time (provided that there is less stew water, not soft white rice).
-If it is eaten by children or the stomach is not good, it is best to soak the pineapple in salt water 15 minutes.
