Coriander refers to parsley, which belongs to the genus Parsley in Umbelliferae, also known as basil, parsley and coriander. It ripens all year round and can be picked 3-4 times a year. The main producing areas are Hebei, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Henan and other places.
What is coriander like?
Coriander is a perennial herb, with a plant height of about 30- 1.20 cm, a thick and short ring-shaped root neck, oval leaves, three-pinnate, white flowers and wide oval petals.

1, cold coriander
Wash coriander, cut into small pieces, blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, wring out the water, add pepper, and finally pour in hot oil, add some salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2 stir-fry parsley
Wash the coriander, cut it into middle sections, add minced garlic and thirteen spices to the hot pot, stir-fry the coriander a few times over high fire, and finally add salt and soy sauce to taste.
