Open the Excel table you want to edit. Now we need to adjust the typesetting of the menu text, and insert a blank line every other line in the menu content of the text. Move the cursor to B2.
Place the cursor in cell B2 and enter 1. Move the cursor to the lower right corner of cell B2, press crtl, drop down the list, and enter 1, 2, 3...b column 14. The specific number entered is determined by the content of the menu text, that is, the number of blank lines to be inserted.
Move the cursor to cell B 15. Continue to complete the sidebar. Enter 1.5. Move the cursor to the lower right corner of cell B 15, press crtl to drop down the list, and then enter 1.5, 2.5, 3.5... 13.5 in column B in turn.
Ps: The number entered is arithmetic progression with (B2: B 15).
Select cells B2 to B 15. As shown in the figure. Click Start-Sort and Filter-Ascending.
