Tools/Materials: 200g Chinese cabbage, 2 tomatoes.
Onion, ginger, garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, oil.
0 1 Chinese cabbage is washed with clear water, dried and cut into pieces.
Wash tomatoes with clear water, control the moisture, and cut into pieces.
Cut the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.
Heat oil in the pan, add pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and stir fry.
Then add the Chinese cabbage and stir fry, and remove the water.
Stir-fry Chinese cabbage, add tomatoes, add cooking wine, a little sugar and a little oyster sauce.
