Step 1
Wash all vegetables and shred them.

In order to ensure comprehensive nutrition, just serve a cold salad. Lazy to go out, I put all the dishes in the refrigerator together, which is quite rich! I usually put some bean sprouts, egg skins, bean curd skins, mushrooms and the like.
