Reference menu:
Materials: trotters 500g, dried mushrooms 15.
Accessories: oil, salt, ginger 1, star anise 2, dried red pepper 2, a little seasoning powder, a little rice wine and a little soy sauce.
1. Wash the pig's trotters and remove the foreign hairs on the pigskin.
2. Cut the trotters and mash the ginger.
3. Heat the oil in the pot to 90% heat, and stir-fry the cut pig's trotters and ginger slices together.
4. Add salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and seasoning powder and stir-fry until the trotters are seven-cooked, then turn the pot into a pressure cooker.
5. Wash the mushrooms and soak them in water.
6. Pour the soaked mushrooms into the trotters and add water to the trotters.
7. Press the "Boil hoof" button and stew for 20 minutes.
