Nagaya is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Little Tokyo, Dü sseldorf. The chef's name is Yoshizumi Nagaya. 197 1 was born in Japan and moved to Dü sseldorf in 2000.

As soon as I entered the door, the waiter greeted me kindly, which made people feel good. Even if you want to check the epidemic situation, it won't upset people.

After sitting down, I ordered a glass of sherry A 18 vintage recommended by the sommelier. Not bad.

We ordered six set meals, one of which was the main course, Andean beef and Japanese beef.

The first course includes seven kinds of snacks. Our favorites are cod balls, red cabbage head foie gras balls and caviar tuna tartar.

The second scallop. Fresh shellfish cooked slowly at low temperature, dotted with small flowers with a little spicy taste, coupled with rice vinegar and shredded green radish, the sour taste looks spicy and extremely refreshing. This is my favorite.

The third sushi. The sauce ground with fresh wasabi is spicy and fragrant, and it is placed directly on sushi. Cook soy sauce and seeweed to make it fresh. Spanish tuna is selected for sushi, each of which uses different parts of the fish and brings different flavors.

The fourth main course is beef. One is Japanese beef and the other is Andean beef. The former is fragrant and smooth, and it melts in the mouth. The latter needs a little chewing, which is more textured. This dish basically adopts the cooking method of western food. Beef is fried for a short time, medium rare, medium rare and pink in color, which is the favorite of European gourmets.

Last two desserts.

What is commendable is service. Waiters and sommeliers are well-trained, friendly, confident and professional. Always smile and make the whole meal comfortable and pleasant.

These three kinds of side dishes are recommended by the sommelier. The sommelier is young but very professional, and the collocation of wine and dishes is quite harmonious.

Italian white wine is a new wine with the first and second courses of 202 1, which is rich in fruit flavor and the sweet smell of peaches is outstanding, especially suitable for fresh shellfish.

Japanese sake with sushi is also good.

Paired with beef is an Italian 20 13 red wine.
