First, jiaozi, with pickled cabbage and pork, has actually become a masterpiece in Northeast China. My pickled sauerkraut is crisp and sour, which is really refreshing. Eating with meat is not greasy or fragrant. People who come to the northeast will generally taste this feature, which really makes people linger!
Second, celery meat jiaozi. In fact, many people say that jiaozi celery, a disgusting meat, has a strong taste, but some people say that this soup has a little taste, and Bian Xiao can't understand it, or he may not feel any taste, so it feels delicious. Sometimes it is made of leftover celery roots and soybean peanuts. This is an old-fashioned drink!
The third kind is jiaozi stuffed with leeks and eggs. Bian Xiao is really the children's favorite. Because the family is small-scale production in rural areas, in the family where leeks are grown, when my mother started to pack jiaozi for a summer, leeks grew rapidly. Grandpa next door said that most crops can't be cut for 34 years when they are harvested, otherwise they don't like it, but my family really cuts faster!
The fourth course is pure pork jiaozi. Outside, you see jiaozi and they just hug each other. They look delicious. And the meat inside is red, so it won't feel a little greasy. Dip in garlic paste and soy sauce. It smells delicious. Bian Xiao likes it best. My brother sometimes eats cold jiaozi, so he can eat a lot, and he likes it more when he eats too much, but there is really nothing he can do. Every time I pack jiaozi, he always says it's pork jiaozi!
The fifth kind is Chinese cabbage and pork stuffing. In fact, because of the relatively low temperature in Northeast China, many ingredients are winter foods, such as Chinese cabbage, potatoes and radishes, especially Chinese cabbage, which can be wrapped in jiaozi or dipped in sauce in winter. It can be said that although Northeasters don't like to eat Chinese cabbage, when they actually don't eat it, it tastes quite fragrant!
Sixthly, the three fresh fillings, in fact, Bian Xiao always thought it was unnecessary jiaozi, but it was not leek eggs. Right-click on shrimp, which is different and tastes the same, and it becomes the famous three-fresh stuffing. I'm helpless, too, but some people are allergic to seafood.
The seventh course is jiaozi with mushrooms and eggs. In fact, this is one of the light jiaozi that Bianxiao people like best. The taste is really delicious, especially the crisp taste of the fungus. I really like it. Eggs are better and more nutritious!
The eighth is donkey meat stuffing. Although there is no donkey meat to burn in the northeast, we still like to eat donkey meat, especially its sweet taste, which is really delicious. Needless to say, Xiaobian loved meat stuffing from the beginning. In fact, starting with donkey meat, now we buy jiaozi at home every year, so for Xiaobian, these are the smells of home!
