Ingredients: 1 silver cod, 2 dried mushrooms, 2 green onions, 3 slices of ginger, 1 spoonful of rice wine, 1 spoonful of seafood soy sauce.
Exercise:
1. Wash and cut mushrooms; Slice the onion and ginger.
2. Put the ginger and garlic on the steaming plate, and then put the washed cod slices on the ginger and garlic.
3. Put Pleurotus ostreatus on the silver cod, and add rice wine and seafood soy sauce.
4. Shake the plate gently and let the juice spread evenly on the food.
5. Boil the water in a wok, and steam the silver cod in the water for 10 minute. Sprinkle onions on the wok.
Steamed eggs with clams
Ingredients: 3 raw eggs, 200g clams, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of scallion and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Cook the onion and ginger, add the washed white clam, and cook until it is slightly boiling.
2. Break up the raw eggs and mix with 150ML white clam water.
