Air fryer version of chicken skewers:
Ingredients: 1 Chicken breast, 50g red bell pepper, 50g onion and 50g green bell pepper.
Accessories: salt 2g, honey 3g, soy sauce 8g, oyster sauce 8g, red pepper powder 1g, egg white 10g, starch 3g, vegetable oil 15g, black pepper1g.
Steps:
1. Dice chicken breast, add egg white, corn starch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, red pepper powder, honey, salt and pepper, stir and mix evenly, and marinate for about half an hour.
2. Dice red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion, add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper and vegetable oil, and mix well.
3. Coat the baking tray of the air fryer with a layer of vegetable oil.
4. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes in advance. Marinate chicken breast and string red and green bell peppers and onions at regular intervals. Place on the baking tray of the air fryer (do not overlap) and brush with a layer of vegetable oil.
