Ingredients: 500g flour (standard flour); 2 teaspoons of salt (10g); Baking soda 1/2 teaspoons (3g); Baking powder 1/2 teaspoons (3g); Engine oil 1000ml (actual consumption is 30ml).
Practice: Take a large basin and add flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Slowly add cold water, stir evenly with chopsticks first, and then knead the dough by hand, so that the dough reaches the softest state and does not touch the inner wall of the basin.
Finally, brush a layer of oil on the dough surface to prevent dry skin. Wake up at room temperature for 2-3 hours (you can make dough one night in advance in winter). Brush a large flat plate with oil, take out a small dough by hand, put it on the flat plate and roll it flat and thin with your fingers. Cut three holes in the center of the cake. Heat the oil in the frying pan to smoke. Put the bread flat in the oil pan, fry one side thoroughly, and then fry the other side. Brown both sides to remove and drain the oil.
