Exercise:
1. Scaled saury, washed and pickled with salt, ginger slices and cooking wine;
2. Put oil in the pot, pat the swordfish with starch and fry it in the pot;
3. Leave a little oil in the pot, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the fried swordfish, and finally add salt and pepper to stir-fry until tasty.

You can choose to steam, put some onion ginger instead of monosodium glutamate, and make the rest yourself, just like steaming other fish.
