Ingredients: 500g sparerib, potato 1, carrot 1, scallion 1, 2 shallots, ginger1;
Seasoning: soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, rock sugar, fragrant leaves, star anise and cinnamon;
Exercise:
1. Wash and chop the spareribs, put them in a pot with cold water, add ginger slices, onion segments and cooking wine, and cook them over high fire 1 min.
2. Restart the pan and drain the oil. Add spareribs and fry with low fire until the surface changes color;
3. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp cooking wine and stir fry;
4. Add the prepared fragrant leaves, cinnamon bark and star anise, add boiling water to the ribs, cover the pot after boiling with strong fire, and simmer for more than 40 minutes;
5. Open the pot cover, add carrots and potato pieces, and continue to simmer for 15 minutes;
6. After carrots and potatoes are soft and rotten, turn to high fire to collect juice and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
