Usage and dosage of grilled fish sesame oil
Recipe ingredients: pickled pepper, sesame sauce, peanut butter, pepper oil, garlic, pepper powder, monosodium glutamate, ginger, onion, diced tomato, tomato sauce, seafood sauce, ribs sauce, chicken essence, salad oil, sugar, salt, shrimp powder, fish head, 2 pieces of lard and shallots. Recipe practice: 1. Chop pickled pepper, garlic, ginger, red onion and scallion for later use. 2. Heat oil in the pot, add chopped pickled peppers, garlic, ginger, red onions and shallots, and stir fry for a while. 3. Add sesame sauce, peanut butter, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, seafood sauce, ribs sauce, salt and sugar to the pot and cook for 30 minutes. Finally, turn off the fire and add Chili oil, pepper powder, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and shrimp powder and stir well. 4. Chop the fish head into two pieces for later use. 5. Add lard and salad oil to the pot, heat it, then add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add fish head and stir-fry until 70% cooked, add shallots and pepper, add boiling water, turn to low heat for 35 minutes, and add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate. 6. Mix the above broth and sauce evenly and heat to a thick paste.
