Production method 1. The night before, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, matcha and inulin evenly.

2. Put it in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator (sleep for about 6-8 hours).

In the morning, the pudding is ready. Add matcha and strawberries, and you can eat.

Etiquette tea, that is, drinking matcha at the tea ceremony level, is the best.

In addition, there are boiled tea, functional matcha and beverage matcha.

3 About inulin

This is a sweetener, slightly different from the sweetness of sucrose and maltose. Considering my current ketogenic diet, I chose this one. However, you can also use your favorite sugar, or mash and mix strawberries directly to add a little sweetness.
