The famous dishes are: snakehead, hairy tofu, stone chicken, tremella, grouper, pickled horseshoe tofu (pronounced "chicken"), knife board incense, ham, dumplings, Wuyuan boiled red carp, Wuyuan paste, steamed rice noodles, Qimen Zhonghe soup, Jixi yipin pot, gan roasted meat and winter bamboo shoots.
