Shrimp, tomato and fresh shrimp are shelled and washed, marinated 10 minute to remove fishy smell (ginger slices/lemon slices), and the tomato is peeled and divided into two parts (one is cut into pieces, the other is cut into pieces) for later use.
Chop the shrimp into shrimp paste, add corn starch, stir clockwise and put it in a paper bag.
Pour oil into the pan, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry to get juice. Add another part of tomato pieces and stir-fry for a while, then add some water to boil. After boiling, turn the fire to a minimum, squeeze the shrimp in and cook until it floats.
