Sweet, spicy, crisp, fresh and juicy!
1 tbsp Korean hot sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 6 tbsp water and appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and stir well.
Korean fried chicken sauce: egg liquid, garlic foam, korean chili sauce.
Dice chicken breast, add milk (less than the height of chicken breast), salt and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.
There is no need to pour oil into the pot. Pour the sauce directly while it is hot, soak the chicken pieces, evenly coat them with sauce, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds to serve.
