Practice steps:
1. Clean all the onions, ginger and garlic, and then cut them into powder for later use;
2. Wash the pork and treat it into minced meat for later use;
3. Heat the pan, add proper amount of cooking oil, stir-fry minced meat until it changes color, then add minced onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until it changes color, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, add 3 spoonfuls of sweet noodle sauce, and continue to stir evenly. Stir-fried meat sauce can be stored in a clean and waterless container or in a fresh-keeping box.
4. Boil the water in the pot, add a little salt, add the noodles, point the water once or twice after boiling, remove the noodles from the cold water after boiling again, drop a little sesame oil after controlling the moisture, and shake well;
5, cucumber shredded, coriander cut into sections, take a proper amount of noodles, add meat sauce, coriander, cucumber shredded and mix well to eat.
