Materials:
Chop 500g ribs, 800g wax gourd, 4 slices of ginger, a handful of shallots (tied into knots), 1 tablespoon cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and water.
Exercise:
1. Wash and dry the ribs, boil the water in the pot, cook the ribs until the blood runs out, and take them out.
2. Put a proper amount of water in the casserole, and add ribs, ginger slices, onion knots and cooking wine. After the fire boils, simmer for 2 hours.
3. Add wax gourd and continue to stew for 40-60 minutes until the wax gourd is soft and rotten. You can put a little wolfberry soaked in warm water about 10 minutes before turning off the fire, which is a good thing anyway.
4. Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
I hope I can help you!
