Ingredients:
5 eggs, green pepper, some minced onion and garlic.
Seasoning: cooking oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence, corn starch
Method:
1. Make a sauce : One spoon of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt, sugar, chicken essence, one spoon of starch, half a bowl of water, mix well and set aside.
2. Boil the eggs in cold water. After cooling, peel and slice into pieces. Fry in oil until both sides are golden. Remove and set aside. This is also the origin of golden eggs.
3. Use the remaining oil from the fried eggs to sauté the minced onions and garlic, add the green peppers and stir-fry until raw, then add the eggs, pour in the sauce, stir-fry until the flavors are infused, and serve.
