Ingredients: ribs, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence and cooking oil.
Exercise:

Second course: Braised shrimp.

The recipe of this dish is very simple. First, remove the shrimp line and clean it. Then boil the oil, add the shrimps when the oil temperature is medium and hot, stir-fry for two minutes, add some crystal sugar, continue to stir-fry, then add soy sauce, salt and a little water, cover the pot, and stew for about five minutes after the water boils. Sprinkle some minced garlic before cooking, stir well, then put it on a plate, and finally sprinkle with coriander.
The third way: garlic baby dish
Ingredients: baby cabbage, minced garlic, chopped green onion, soy sauce, bean paste, salt, oyster sauce and cooking oil.

2. Boil the oil in the pot. Add white sugar when the oil temperature is medium hot, stir-fry the white sugar to caramel color, and add pork belly when bubbles appear.
3. Add onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and thirteen spices and stir-fry for a while, then add appropriate amount of water to stew for 20 minutes.
4. Peel potatoes, wash them and cut them into small pieces. After stewing pork belly for 20 minutes, add it and continue stewing. After stewing for about ten minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and stir well.
5. Dish, sprinkle some onion leaves for embellishment, and pork belly stewed potatoes will be ready.
The above dishes are not difficult to cook, the dishes are very simple, and I made a birthday cake specially.
I use animal cream for this birthday cake, which melts in the mouth. It tastes sweet and won't get tired of eating too much. There are many fruits, and there are also many fruits in the middle interlayer. The cake blank is also baked by myself, so although my floral design is a little weak and unsightly, it doesn't affect the taste at all!
Birthday at home, although a little busy, still has a different kind of warmth.
