What is a sheep in the water?
Mutton in the water, also known as mutton offal, is a dish originating from the north, which is mainly made of sheep head, sheep hoof, sheep blood, sheep lung, sheep liver, sheep heart, sheep intestines and sheep belly, so it is also called "mutton offal".
