The practice of spicy cod fish in restaurants
Preparation materials: 2 cod, bean paste, onion, cooking oil, Chili oil, soy sauce, starch, garlic, ginger, dried Chili and coriander.

First, the first step is to cut the cod into sections, wash them with clear water and wring out the water, as shown in the figure below.

Second, put a proper amount of starch in the bowl, heat the pan to drain the oil, and dip the cod into the starch evenly.

3. Heat the oil in the pan, and fry the fish pieces in the oil pan until golden brown, as shown below.

Fourth, leave oil in the pot, add bean paste, soy sauce, onion, ginger, minced garlic, dried pepper and two spoonfuls of water and stir-fry until fragrant, as shown below.
