First, the first step is to cut the cod into sections, wash them with clear water and wring out the water, as shown in the figure below.
Second, put a proper amount of starch in the bowl, heat the pan to drain the oil, and dip the cod into the starch evenly.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, and fry the fish pieces in the oil pan until golden brown, as shown below.
Fourth, leave oil in the pot, add bean paste, soy sauce, onion, ginger, minced garlic, dried pepper and two spoonfuls of water and stir-fry until fragrant, as shown below.
5. Add the fried cod, stir fry twice and stir fry evenly, as shown in the figure below.
6. Stir well, then take out the pan, sprinkle some coriander, and the spicy cod is ready.
