Ingredients: pumpkin 300g (peeled), flour 220g, sugar 15g, yeast 3g, warm water 80g- 100g, raisins or red dates.

Exercise:

1, peeled and sliced pumpkin.

2. Steam in the pan until cooked, and drain the evaporated water (for later use).

3. Grind the pumpkin into mud, add sugar and mix well, and let it cool (otherwise it will burn the yeast).

4. Pour a small amount of warm water (within the weight range) into the yeast and stir until it dissolves.

5. Pour in the cool steamed pumpkin juice, pumpkin puree, flour and the rest of the water and mix well (don't throw it all at once). The stirred pumpkin batter is muddy.

6. Apply a layer of olive oil to the bottom and around the mold, and pour in the pumpkin batter.

7. Ferment in a warm and humid place to 2-3 times the size.

8. Put the washed and drained raisins or red dates on the surface, steam for 25 minutes on medium fire, and then turn off the fire and stew for 5 minutes. Take it out and recite it for a while, and then demould it if it is not scalded.
