Can I eat seafood in any season when I go to Finland in July and August?
Salmon (lohikalat), cod (Turska), perch (Kuha), trout (Kirjolohi), herring (Silakka), salmon (Lohi), crayfish, cod roe and caviar with golden gun are all "delicious seafood in Finland". Most Nordic restaurants in Finland will introduce delicious recipes in different seasons according to seasonal aquatic products, as well as seafood snacks from all over the world. For example, summer and autumn are good seasons to taste salmon and herring. Cod and trout harvested by ice fishermen in winter will be sliced and eaten raw, with tender meat and full flavor.
