1. Pork belly is salted with salt, soy sauce and sugar (rarely). After pickling with cooking wine, add onion, ginger slices and chives and put them in the refrigerator for a day, and occasionally take them out and turn them over.
2. Marinate the meat and put it on the chopping block.
3. Cut into pieces according to the thickness you like.
4. Heat the frying pan and oil it.
5. Fry one side and then fry the other side in turn.
6. When frying on both sides, slowly cover both sides with cumin powder.
7. Fry until there is enough golden oil on both sides.
