Sanhuang chicken
Composition:
Pickled ginger, pickled pepper, pepper powder, white sesame, onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, pickled pepper and red oil.
Exercise:
1, Sanhuang chicken is soaked in clear water for a while, and then the blood is washed clean. Break the ginger and cut the onion into sections for later use. Add chicken essence into appropriate amount of clear water to make cold chicken soup.
2. Add water, Jiang Mo, scallion, salt and cooking wine into the master intelligent cooking machine, boil it, put the chicken in an internal frying pan, cook for a while (chopsticks can be poked in), pick up the chicken, soak it in cold chicken soup for 30 minutes, then take it out, cut it into strips and put it on a plate for later use.
3. Pickled peppers are seeded, chopped, mixed with sugar, vinegar, chicken essence, garlic, pepper noodles and Chili oil to make a sauce, evenly poured on the cut chicken strips, and finally sprinkled with sesame seeds and shallots.
