1. Remove seeds from wax gourd and cut into thin slices.
2. Choose fresh shrimp.
3. Shell the shrimps, remove the shrimp lines, wash them, add salt and mix well.
4. Add water to the pot, wax gourd slices, Jiang Mo and salt.
5. After the water is boiled, add the shrimps and cook over high fire. Boil the wax gourd until it is transparent, add pepper and pour it into the soup plate. Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and drizzle with sesame oil.
