1. Fried walnuts with leeks
Ingredients: leek, walnut kernel.
Practice: Wash leeks and cut into small pieces. Walnut kernels are soaked in boiling water and peeled. Add oil heated in China, and stir-fry walnuts until brown. Take out and drain. Stir-fry the leek segments in the oil pan, add seasoning according to your own taste, add appropriate amount of boiling water to cook the leek until it is 80% cooked, and then pour in the fried walnut kernel and stir-fry until it is fully cooked.
Efficacy: Bushen Jiannao.
2. Huangqi eel soup
Ingredients: astragalus, eel, red dates, onions, ginger, garlic and other seasonings.
Practice: Slaughter the eel and cut it into pieces for later use. Wash the red dates and Astragalus membranaceus, prepare minced garlic and shredded ginger, heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the fish pieces and shredded ginger until the fish is half cooked, add Astragalus membranaceus and red dates, add appropriate amount of water to boil, simmer for one hour, and serve after seasoning.
Efficacy: soothe the nerves and replenish blood.
3. Black fungus and jujube soup
Ingredients: Auricularia auricula, red dates and rock sugar.
Practice: soak the red dates for two hours, remove the core, soak the fungus and wash. Put the two ingredients in a pot, add water and rock sugar, steam in a steamer for one hour and eat.

4. Tianma Zhunao Decoction
Ingredients: Gastrodia elata, pig brain.
Practice: Soak gastrodia elata in advance, wash the pig brain, put it in the pot together, stew it for an hour, and add salt to taste.

Ingredients: ginger, brown sugar and perilla leaves.
