Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 omelette maker or onion ring, 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) salt
How to make it
1. Coat the bottom of a pan with a thin layer of oil, and when it is heated up to 70% heat, put down the omelette maker (or chopped onion ring).
2. Pour the cracked eggs into the omelette (or onion rings), reduce the heat to low and fry slowly until the bottom is set, sprinkle some salt evenly, and wait for the color to turn golden brown and the eggs to solidify.
