Stir-fried pork slices with green pepper and potatoes, a simple and delicious homemade recipe
Preparation materials:
Green pepper, potato, pork, minced green onion, minced ginger, Sichuan pepper powder, soy sauce, Salt.
Method: Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds, and tear them into small pieces by hand and set aside.
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into slices, wash them in clean water to remove the starch.
Put the washed potato slices aside to control the water and set aside.
When cutting the meat, cut the fat out separately, cut it into small pieces with a knife, put it in a pot and stir-fry over low heat to release the oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns to the pot and fry over low heat until fragrant, then add minced green onions and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color, then add soy sauce to taste.
Add potato slices to the pot, stir-fry evenly and add 1 tablespoon of salt to taste.
Add salt first and then add green pepper. The green pepper will release water when heated, which can melt the salt. Stir-frying can make the saltiness more even.
Add green peppers, stir-fry evenly, cover, and simmer for about 1-2 minutes. Open the lid and stir-fry until the potato slices and green peppers are mature, and it is ready to serve!

Braised Pork
Recipe:
1. First add oil, add brown sugar, cook until foaming, add meat and fry until the oil is released, add cooking wine and other seasonings, stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add boiling water to the pot and simmer over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
