1). A few mung beans (remember:
1 mung beans will increase by about 10 times in the future, so don't earn too much.)
2). Clean the small basin and cotton towel (towels are also acceptable, as long as they are cotton fibers that absorb water easily).
3). A clean steamer that can leak water or other partitions that can filter water (used to isolate the water after the mung bean sprouts are sent out to prevent the bean sprouts from rotting).
Exercise:
1. Wash mung beans. Put them in a small pot with some water.
Don't get oil stains on this basin.
After one day or half a day, when mung beans are soaked bigger than before ... or germinate ... and drain. Cover them with moist cubes and put them in a warm room (not in the kitchen ... where there is oil smoke ... bean sprouts will not grow). Remember to change the water 2-3 times a day ... to give the bean sprouts fresh moisture and moist space. Generally, bean sprouts grow fast in a room with high temperature.
2. When you see that bean sprouts have a certain length (you can see that they have roots), find a leaking partition or steamer. Put the bean sprouts on it ... so that the roots of the bean sprouts are not easy to contact with excess water. Not perishable. Continue to change the water every day ... bean sprouts can be eaten when they grow to 4 cm. Don't wait for roots and leaflets to grow.
