Steps to make stewed pig's feet
1. First, pop the onion, ginger and garlic, and then fry the pig's feet directly after popping.
2. While frying the pig's feet, we can put all the seasonings in a plate and mix them.
3. Then, we can pour the seasonings into the pot, stir fry a little, and then add the right amount of water, (preferably just over the material), cover the pot, simmer for thirty minutes can be, before serving on the plate with a little bit of green onion, this dish will be very delicious.

Some friends like to blanch the pig's feet first, but I think directly to the pig's feet of the oil slightly fried out a little will be more fragrant. Also, these seasonings are already quite heavy in flavor, so there's no need to salt them at the end.
