Composition:
Chicken wings, 6 minced garlic, a spoonful of Oreland marinade, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, corn starch, eggs and salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken wings and cut several times on both sides.
2. Put a proper amount of salt+1 tablespoon cooking wine+1 tablespoon soy sauce +3 tablespoons Orleans marinade and marinate for half an hour;
3. The pickled chicken wings are wrapped with a layer of corn starch and egg liquid in turn.
4. Wrap in an air fryer, 190 degree baking 15 minutes, 190 degree flipping baking 10 minutes!
