Practice
1. First, the dumplings leaves before the boil well washed and soaked. Pork cut into small dices, add starch, soy sauce, salt, sugar and white wine marinated for a few hours to taste.
2. Wash and soak the glutinous rice for a day. Fold the leaves of the rice dumplings into a funnel shape, add the rice and meat, and tie them tightly to prevent them from being exposed when cooking.
3. You can also wrap dates and peanuts in the same way.
4. All wrapped up and put into a pot with water over the end of the dumplings, cook on low heat for about two hours.
