Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken gizzards, cut them vertically and horizontally, put them in a pot with cold water, add ginger slices and a spoonful of cooking wine and cook for one minute.
2. Heat oil in the pot, add minced ginger and garlic+millet spicy+pickled pepper+sour beans (all diced) and stir-fry.
3. Stir-fry the chicken gizzards for one minute, add a spoonful of cooking wine+a little chicken essence+a little salt+a spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of oyster sauce, and stir well. Finally, add garlic sprouts and stir well.
