1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp salt, 8 cups water.
Dry Mentaiko knocked a bit soft and washed, tear off the flesh of the Mentaiko and set aside.

Pour water into a pot and add the head of the muntjac to simmer the soup, and take out the head after the soup is creamy.
