Stewed carp head with gastrodia elata and tofu
Formula: fresh gastrodia elata 80g, tofu 200g, fish head 1 (500g), cooking wine 10g, ginger 5g, onion 10g, salt 3g, chicken essence 2g and chicken oil 35g.
Preparation method:
1. Slice gastrodia elata for later use.
2. Remove scales, gills, viscera and wash the fish head; Slice ginger and cut onion; Cut the tofu into pieces 2 cm thick, 3 cm wide and 4 cm long.
3. Put the fish head, gastrodia elata, tofu, ginger, onion and cooking wine into a stew pot, add 2500-3000 ml of clear water, first cook on strong fire for 30 minutes, then add salt, chicken essence and chicken oil and stir well.
Usage: Eat directly.
