Steamed Eggs Recipe 1,

Ingredients

2 eggs, about 5 tablespoons (75ml) of cooled boiled water, 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams) of salt, 1 piece of kitchen paper towel, 1/4 teaspoon (1ml) of sesame oil

Practice

1) Beat the egg mixture until the egg whites and yolks are evenly mixed together , don't have big lumps of curds.

2) Add the cooled boiled water (do not add raw water directly), add it while mixing well, then add the salt and stir well.

3) Strain out the air bubbles with a colander, or kitchen paper towel to suck out the air bubbles on the surface of the egg mixture, to ensure that the surface of the liquid is smooth and flat, so that the whole egg custard, so that there will be no unsightly honeycomb.

4) Covered with a layer of plastic wrap, placed in a steamer, heat over high heat, when the water in the steamer boils, turn to low heat and steam for about 10 minutes. Remove from the pot and drizzle a little bit of sesame oil along the edges of the bowl.

Tips

Don't use raw water to blend the egg mixture, or the steamed custard will be uneven and honeycombed. Also, do not use boiling water to blend the egg mixture, as this will cause the egg mixture to be scalded and the steamed product to appear lumpy. Using cool boiled water, which is boiled and then naturally cooled, to blend the egg mixture is, so to speak, the first step in steaming a smooth egg custard.

The time for steaming the egg custard should not be too long, nor should it be steamed over high heat, otherwise the temperature will be too high and the eggs will get old easily, and the surface of the custard will have a lot of bubbles and honeycomb-like tissue, which will affect the beauty of the custard.

The steamed egg custard can be served with seafood soy sauce, or any flavorful sauce you like, my personal favorite way is to add a little sesame oil.

Practice four,

Materials

Main ingredient: fresh papaya half (this papaya is really sweet!!!)

Practice

1, papaya cut into pieces, flat bottom of the bowl

2, eggs + brown sugar beaten

3, the ratio of milk and egg is about 1:4 (in fact, and the usual steamed egg cake eggs and water the same ratio). Milk with microwave oven slightly warmed, add the egg mixture.

4, pour the milk + egg mixture into the bowl containing papaya ~ p.s egg mixture more my bowl is not big enough, so too full. Suggest using a larger bowl, or get a delicate point - less papaya less egg less milk ~ lol ~ more randomly said)

5, into the pot ~ open steam ~ ~ ~ after the water boiled probably steamed for 10 minutes ~ to be honest, when steaming a lot of water, I thought it was too much milk ~ lift the lid skimmed some water! I think it was the papaya that was out of water! Next time, you should not be so nervous~

6, out of the pot~
