1, hollow sesame ball

Soak sugar in boiling water, slowly add glutinous rice flour when the sugar water is warm, stir while adding, knead into soft powder, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour. Divide the germinated glutinous rice balls into small portions, knead them into balls, put them in a dish with sesame seeds, roll them with a layer of white sesame seeds and gently press them. Boil a small amount of hot oil in the pot and add sesame seeds. Fry slowly until you can see the hollow.

Put glutinous rice flour into a container, add appropriate amount of warm water, and knead into a smooth and greasy dough. Rub a layer of sesame oil on the bottom of the plate, put the noodles on the plate and wrap them with plastic wrap. Steam in the pot for about 20 minutes, with a big fire in the first 5~ 10 minutes and a small fire after that.

Pour the soybeans into the pot and stir-fry until golden brown. After the noodles are steamed, take them out, wrap them in plastic wrap with a little oil and roll them into pieces. Cut off the corners, spread red bean paste evenly on it, roll it into a roll from one end, and sprinkle soybeans evenly on the outermost layer.

3, glutinous rice Baba

Mix 30 grams of white sugar and glutinous rice flour evenly, then pour in a little water and stir evenly to make glutinous rice slurry. Take a plate, put a layer of oil on the surface of the plate to prevent it from sticking to the pan, then pour the prepared glutinous rice slurry into the plate, steam it on a steamer for 15 minutes, and then take it out and let it cool slightly.

Pour peanut powder into a non-stick pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes with low fire until fragrant, then take it out and add 20 grams of sugar and mix well for later use. Cut the slightly cool glutinous rice cake into small pieces with scissors and put it into peanut powder. Wrap the whole body with peanut powder and serve.

4. Sweet potato cake

Peel the sweet potato, cut into pieces, steam it, mash it, add glutinous rice flour and a little edible salt, mix well and knead it into smooth dough. Take a small piece of dough, knead it into a circle and flatten it. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and press gently to make sweet potato cakes. Oil the hot pot. When the oil is hot, add the sweet potato cake and fry it on low heat until the edge is slightly golden. Turn to the other side and fry until golden brown.

5. Don't give up sugar

First add water to glutinous rice flour and stir with chopsticks. Then knead it into a dough with moderate hardness, knead it for a long time, cut it into small doses, and then knead it into dumplings. Put water in the pot, heat it, add the glutinous rice balls, cook them, take them out and put them on a plate for later use. Pour honey on the glutinous rice dumplings. Put peanuts in the bag and break them. Sprinkle flowers on the dumplings.
