1. Fish tofu, carrots, celery, all good silk for standby.
2. Put oil in a hot pot, and stir-fry carrots and celery together.
3. When the two vegetarian dishes are almost fried, add fish tofu and continue to stir fry.
4. Add salt, and finally add monosodium glutamate. After stir-frying, take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
