Ginseng rib soup
Main ingredients: ribs, water, ginseng slices.
Seasoning: pepper, ginger, yellow wine, red dates, goji berries, salt, chicken powder, add in moderation.
Practice: 1, the ribs cleaned and chopped into small pieces, put into boiling water for 5 minutes, pour into the yellow wine, cook away the blood, drain and spare.
2, add water to the stew pot, put the ribs, yellow wine, ginger, jujube, peppercorns, cook on high heat for 30 minutes.
3, add ginseng slices, salt, chicken powder, high heat boil, turn to medium heat and stew for 30 minutes, then turn to low heat and stew for about 1 hour, until the ribs are soft.
