Wash the carrots, cucumber, cabbage, perilla, onion and garlic
Make the sauce by mixing the chili powder, bonito sauce, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Korean hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and sesame seeds
Boil the eggs in a pot, peel and slice them
Cook the cold spaghetti noodles, remove them from the pot, run them under cool water, and then drain them. Water
Mix the cooked noodles with (1) and (2) and mix well
Then put the sliced egg on top

Method
1. Soba noodles with cold water soak and put into boiling water to cook. Cook for about three to four minutes to make the noodles al dente, then remove from the pot and rinse with cool water several times. Note that you must use cool water to rinse the surface of the noodles sticky hands of edible alkali in order not to affect the taste.
