Ingredients:
Soba noodles (I used ramen noodles), cooked beef (I used beef and ham), Korean spicy cabbage, sliced apples (I used sliced cucumbers and small tomatoes), hard boiled eggs.
Seasoning:
Korean sweet chili sauce, salt, sugar, chicken powder, white vinegar, soy sauce.
Methods:
1. Use a little white vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken powder, and water to make a cold noodle soup that suits your taste, and chill it in the refrigerator. (I did not calculate the proportion of seasoning to water, if it is two people to eat, the amount of two small bowls of water can be, as for the seasoning, you can taste as you put, they feel satisfied with it.)
2, all the ingredients will be sliced, Korean-style spicy cabbage cut into small pieces, the egg boiled everything into two.
3, put the noodles into a pot of boiling water to cook, over cool water for use.
4, the noodles into a deep bowl, put kimchi, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, ham slices, topped with hot sauce, and finally poured with ice soup (the weather is not very hot, do not have to do a very cold, than the room temperature is slightly cold on it), so you can eat.
Don't cook the noodles for too long, but when they are cooked, they can be served under cool water.
