Homemade recipe for braised tofu

As follows:

Ingredients: tofu, garlic, chopped green onion, salt, eggs, starch, spicy millet, light soy sauce, oil consumption, and appropriate amount of drinking water.

Steps:

1. Prepare a piece of tofu and cut it into small pieces.

2. Beat two eggs with appropriate amount of starch.

3. One spoonful of minced garlic, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of oil and one spoonful of sugar.

4. Add a little salt.

5. Finally, add a spoonful of starch and 200ml of drinking water and stir evenly.

6. Coat the tofu with starch first and then with eggs.

7. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
