Pineapple rice specific method:
Step 1:
First, 500 grams of glutinous rice clean, add water to soak for 20 minutes. Then choose a ripe pineapple split in two, here two-eighths cut the best. Use a spoon to scrape out the pineapple meat and pineapple juice, scoop out a piece of pulp diced into a bowl and set aside, scrape the pulp to about 2 centimeters on it, be careful not to scrape through.
Step 2:
Pour 150 grams of washed rock sugar into 2 bowls, put the rest of the pulp into a wall-breaker, break the pulp into pieces and pour it into a bowl, then pour in the drained glutinous rice, mix well, cover and let stand for an hour, the purpose is to let the juice completely blend with the glutinous rice, so that the pineapple rice tastes more sweet. After one hour, stir the glutinous rice well, take out a grain of glutinous rice and taste it, feel the pineapple juice is completely integrated into the glutinous rice, then you can put it into a large plate on the pot to steam. Add washed raisins and steam. You can separate 2 plates here, one plate is enough to add pineapple inside can, on the pot on high heat steaming for 25 minutes. The rest of the other steam, steam on the pot on high heat for 40 minutes to cook.
After 25 minutes, fill the pineapple with 8-ripe pineapple rice, add raisins, goji berries and pineapple diced, cover with pineapple lid, put in the pot and continue to steam on high heat for 20 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the heat and remove to a plate.
